Vocational/Practical Nurse Diploma — As a Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN), you will perform important tasks. Tasks may include providing patient care and evaluation, administering medications, and ensuring patient safety. Our program will train you to perform these functions, as well as to sit for and pass the National Council Licensure Examination for Vocational/Practical Nurses (NCLEX-PN).

Medical Assisting Diploma — The varied role of a Medical Assistant can include taking patient medical histories and vital signs, as well as performing different administrative tasks. Our MA Diploma program can prepare you for this rewarding career in less than a year.

Medical Assisting Associates Degree — This program builds on the knowledge acquired in the MA Diploma program and leads to an Associate of Applied Science Degree. Specific areas of study include medical office administrative procedures, laboratory skills and clinical procedures, medical office management, and more.

Dental Assistant Diploma — The Dental Assistant is an indispensable member of the patient care team in a dental office. This entry-level position includes job functions such as preparing and sterilizing dental equipment, ensuring patient comfort during dental procedures, and updating patient records. Our DA program allows you to earn your Diploma in less than a year.

Medical Insurance Billing and Coding Diploma — Medical Insurance Billing and Coding professionals perform vital administrative tasks. Tasks may include coding diseases and medical procedures, entering them into medical databases, and analyzing, organizing and evaluating health insurance claims forms. Our program can prepare you to seek an entry-level MIBC position in approximately 50 weeks.

Medical Insurance Billing and Coding Associates Degree — This comprehensive 80-week Degree program explores advanced MIBS concepts, as well as an introduction to electronic medical records. It also provides courses in English composition, mathematics, psychology, and computer science.

Veterinary Technology Associates Degree — Our Vet Tech program can prepare you to seek a career in animal care in as little as 80 weeks. You’ll gain the knowledge and skills required to assist veterinarians during treatment procedures, perform laboratory tests, administer medications, and counsel pet owners regarding effective home care.

Medical Lab Technician Associates Degree — You don’t have to become a doctor or nurse to gain employment in this exciting and challenging field. By earning an Associate of Applied Science in Medical Laboratory Technician degree from Vista College, you can be fully prepared to launch a career as a Medical Laboratory Technician in as little as 18 months!

Healthcare Administration Bachelor’s Degree – Vista College - Online Campus offers an online Healthcare Administration Bachelor’s Degree program that will provide the training you need to seek an entry-level administrative position in a hospital, doctor’s office, or other medical facility.
